Social Media Reporting - COA

In my role at the City of Austin, I initiated the refresh of the analytics process for our City social media channels. For this, I developed a report which shows each channel’s performance, followership, and top-performing content. Additionally, I have included mini-analyses in each section to tell the story of the data.
